Picadilly Punch
|
2 lemons 12 whole cloves 2 cinnamon sticks 1/4 grated nutmeg 1 cup sugar 2 cups ruby port 750 ml cognac
Peel lemons and stud with cloves. Simmer lemons in a pan along with the other ingredients. Ignite some cognac and pour into the pan. Extinguish with the rest of the cognac.
Serves about 10.
Alcohol: 25% (51 proof)

Bacardi Confetti Punch
|
750 ml Bacardi® Carta Blanca white rum 6 oz can frozen lemonade 6 oz can frozen grapefruit juice 16 oz can drained fruit cocktail 2 liters chilled club soda
In large container, mix all but the soda. Chill for 2 hours, stirring occasionally. When ready to serve, pour over ice in punch bowl, add chilled club soda and stir gently. Makes 8 servings.
Alcohol: 8% (16 proof)
Serve in: Punch Bowl

Magnolia Milk Punch
|
1 tsp vanilla 1/4 cup bourbon whiskey 1 cup vanilla ice cream nutmeg
Combine ice cream, bourbon and vanilla in a blender and process until smooth. Pour into two glasses and sprinkle with freshly grated nutmeg.
Alcohol: 8% (16 proof)

Rum Punch (Alcoholic)
|
3 oz pineapple juice 3 oz orange juice 3 oz lime juice 8 dashes Angostura® bitters 6 oz rum 2 oz simple syrup
Combine ingredients in a shaker with ice. Serve in four seperate tall glasses.
Alcohol: 14% (29 proof)
Serve in: Collins Glass

Picnic Fruit Punch
|
2 qt cranberry juice 3 cups pineapple juice 3 cups orange juice 1/4 cup lemon juice 1 liter chilled ginger ale 1 sliced orange
Combine the juices in a large container and refrigerate. When ready to serve, stir in the ginger ale and orange slices. (Serves 4.)

Basic But Good Punch
|
1 gal sherbet 2 liters 7-Up® soda
Add the gallon of sherbert to a large punch bowl, pour in 7-up and serve.

Pictionary Punch
|
1 cup sugar 1 cup water 3 cups grapefruit juice 3 cups orange juice 3 cups pineapple juice 1/2 cup lemons 1/2 cup lime juice 2 liters chilled ginger ale
In a saucepan, bring sugar and water to a boil; cook and stir for 2 minutes. Remove from the heat; cool. Pour into a large bowl; add juices. Cover and refrigerate. Stir in ginger ale just before serving. (5 servings.)

Arctic Fish
|
1/3 part vodka 1/3 part Surge® citrus soda 1/3 part orange juice 1 dash candies
Fill a glass with ice and candy fish, add vodka, grape soda and orange juice. Do not stir, but serve well chilled.
Alcohol: 13% (26 proof)
Serve in: Beer Pilsner

Adam Bomb
|
1 part Jose Cuervo® Especial gold tequila 1 part Absolut® vodka 1 part Bacardi® white rum 1/2 part triple sec fruits 1/2 glass ice sugar 2 pints fruit juice
1. Add ice to a blender (or to a glass if you prefer on the rocks).
2. Add the fruit and fruit juice depending on personal preference, then add the rum, vodka, tequila, and triple sec. Blend until smooth.
3. Rim a glass with sugar or salt and pour in the mixture. Garnish with a lemon or lime slice.
Serve in: Margarita Glass

Mix the milk with baileys and ice, then pour into a whiskey sour glass.
