Raspberry Citrus Punch
|
92 oz canned pineapples
8 cups strained orange juice
4 cups water
2 cups sugar
1 cup raspberries
46 oz can grapefruit juice
2 qt chilled soda water
2 qt chilled ginger ale
1. Force raspberries through a sieve to remove the seeds.
2. Combine sugar and water in saucepan. Bring to a boil and boil until sugar is dissolved to make a simple syrup.
2. Combine orange juice, raspberries, pineapple juice, grapefruit juice and simple syrup. Chill. When ready to serve, add soda water and ginger ale. (Serves 100.)

Fuzzy Lemon Fizz
|
6 oz peach nectar
4 oz lemon juice
Pour over ice, and garnish with a twist of lemon.

Orange Smile
|
1 egg
juice of 1 oranges
1 tbsp grenadine syrup
Combine the juice of one large orange with the egg and grenadine. Shake with ice and strain into a wine glass.
Serve in: White Wine Glass

Limeade
|
juice of 1 limes
1 tbsp sugar
soda water
lime peel
Add the lime juice and sugar to a large glass, and stir well. Add cold seltzer water to fill. Put the lime peels in the glass, and serve.

Lemon Cocktail
|
2 cl orange juice
6 cl lemon juice
Stir orange juice and lemon juice with ice in a mixing glass. Strain into a cocktail glass, and serve.
Serve in: Cocktail Glass

Lemon Flip
|
1 egg yolk
2 tsp sugar syrup
4 cl lemon juice
Add egg yolk, sugar syrup and lemon juice over several ice cubes in a shaker. Shake very well and strain into a highball glass. Add a straw, and serve.
Serve in: Highball Glass

Orange Cocktail
|
2 cl lemon juice
6 cl orange juice
Stir juices together in a mixing glass, strain into a large cocktail glass, and serve.
Serve in: Cocktail Glass

Orange Flip
|
10 cl orange juice
1 egg yolk
1 tbsp honey
Combine ingredients in a blender, and serve into glasses.

Saint Clemence
|
1 part fresh orange juice
1 part bitter lemon soda
Mix with ice, serve. "Oranges and lemons say the bells of St Clemence"

Schmooze
|
12 oz orange juice
12 oz 7-Up® soda
ice
Add Orange Juice and 7-up. Stir. Add ice.
Serve in: Highball Glass
