Pour the southern comfort into a shaker glass, and add orange juice and triple sec. Squeeze the juice of one wedge of lime into the glass, and toss in the spent shell. Shake vigorously, strain into highball glass over ice cubes, and serve.
Highball Glass
Blend all ingredients in a blender on high power until smooth. Pour into a collins glass, garnish with chocolate shavings and a cherry, and serve.
Collins Glass
Stir amer picon, creme de cassis and lime juice with cracked ice and strain into a large chilled wine glass (should hold 16 ounces). Fill with soda water, garnish with a twist of lemon, and serve.
