Creamsicle Margarita
|
1 1/4 oz gold tequila 3 oz orange juice 1 oz sweet and sour mix 1 scoop vanilla ice cream 6 oz crushed ice
Blend all ingredients until slushy. Serve in a margarita glass.
Alcohol: 5% (10 proof)
Serve in: Margarita Glass

Blueberry Freeze
|
1 oz vodka 1/4 oz wildberry schnapps 1 oz cream of coconut 2 oz blueberries 1 1/2 oz crushed pineapples 1 scoop vanilla ice cream 8 oz crushed ice 1 tbsp whipped cream
Blend ingredients thoroughly and pour into a specialty glass. Top with whipped cream and garnish with a teaspoon of blueberries.
Alcohol: 4% (8 proof)

Brandied Peaches 'n' Cream
|
3/4 oz peach schnapps 1/2 oz peach brandy 1 1/2 oz cream of coconut 1 scoop vanilla ice cream 8 oz crushed ice
Mix well in a blender until smooth. Serve in a specialty glass. Garnish with a cinnamon stick or fresh peach wedge.
Alcohol: 4% (8 proof)

Smooth Pineapple Daiquiri
|
8 slices canned pineapples 6 oz light rum 6 oz can frozen limeade 2/3 cup vanilla ice cream ice
Combine limeade and rum in a blender. Add pineapple and ice cream. Blend well. With the blender running, add a few pieces of ice. Continue adding ice until the mixture is smooth and thick and the blender is nearly full. Serves 4.

White Cargo
|
1 scoop vanilla ice cream 1 dash white wine 1/2 oz maraschino cherries 2 1/2 oz gin
Mix in a blender until smooth. Add a little extra white wine if necessary. Serve in a chilled wine goblet.
Alcohol: 15% (30 proof)
Serve in: Wine Goblet

Bailey's Shake
|
1 cup vanilla ice cream 1/4 cup chocolate syrup 3/4 cup milk Bailey's® Irish cream
Pour all ingredients (bailey's to taste) into a blender and puree for several seconds, or until smooth. Pour into a glass and serve immediately.
Serve in: Parfait Glass

2 scoops vanilla ice cream 1 shot milk 1 1/2 oz Jagermeister® herbal liqueur
Mix the ice cream, milk and jagermeister in a blender until smooth.
Alcohol: 5% (10 proof)

1 oz white rum 1 oz dark rum 1 oz Kahlua® coffee liqueur 2 scoops vanilla ice cream 2 fresh strawberries
Place ingredients in a blender and mix until even consistency. (Note: usually made in a large batch using above ratios and served punch style at parties.)
Alcohol: 8% (16 proof)

Frozen Strawberry Banana Colada
|
1 1/4 oz dark rum 2 oz coconut cream 2 oz strawberries 1 medium banana 8 oz crushed ice
Combine ingredients in a blender until smooth. Pour into a glass, garnish with a fresh strawberry, and serve.
Alcohol: 8% (16 proof)

Phoenix Paradise
|
25 ml Vladivar® vodka 50 ml cranberry juice 50 ml mango juice 50 ml orange juice 2 tbsp ice cream
Combine ingredients with four ice cubes in a blender for 20 - 30 seconds. Pour into a highball glass or gibralter glass, and serve.
Alcohol: 4% (9 proof)
Serve in: Highball Glass
